How to Send your Artwork
While placing your order online, you'll be able to upload your art file at checkout. Or you can reply to the order authorization email you receive and attach your art file(s) to that email. This will ensure the correct art files are attached to the order you've placed.
Orders by Phone
You can call us directly to place your orders. We will then email you an order authorization showing the entire order details and pricing. To start your order, you will need to reply to the email with your approval and attach your art file. You can also send your art file to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Preferred File Types - Artwork
AI or EPS (Adobe Illustrator)
- Convert text to outlines & embed any linked images.
PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
- Embed the fonts used.
Not Recommended File Types (.jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp)
After placing your order, you will receive a pdf art proof for final approval. The art proof must be signed and returned to us before production can begin. Art proofs typically take an average of 1-2 working days after your order is placed.
Art Proofs - Rush Services
In most cases, when you need a rush service consisting of a 2-3 day turn-around, the art proof step will not be available.
